Located in a quiet part of Lindfield, this four-bedrooms house offers a perfect space for a growing family. By furnishing the property, we were able to create a warm, welcoming and comfortable haven that accentuated all the best features the house has to offer and attracted lots of interest from potential home owners.

RANDWICK
Located in a highly sought after award-winning building, this two bedrooms apartment was compromised by obstructed views which when vacant, appears smaller than its actual size.
With the use of bespoke furniture, we managed to give each space a purpose and was successful in attracting interests from several buyers to drive the price up beyond the owner's expectations.

SUMMER HILL
This one bedroom apartment in Summer Hill offers great space and quality fixtures and fittings but its view was obstructed by neighboring building. By furnishing the property, we were able to create a warm, comfortable haven that accentuated all the benefits of the apartment and took away the focus from the outlook. The property was sold at a premium price within four weeks.

ALEXANDRIA
Located on the Ground Floor in a highly sought after award-winning building, this apartment was compromised by angled walls and obstructed views which when vacant, appears challenging to furnish.
With the use of bespoke furniture, we managed to give the space a purpose and was successful in attracting interests from several buyers to drive the price up for the owners. The property was sold four weeks prior to auction beyond the owners' expectation.

BELFIELD
Belfield Heights is a project of 61 completed 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments. Bespoke Interior Styling were appointed to furnish various display units as they came available to help sell out residual stock in the development. Some of the apartments had very tight spaces which gave buyers the impression that the space would not meet their needs. With the clever use of furniture and styling, we were able to make each and every apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The sales at the project were a huge success and all remaining apartments are all sold out.

RANDWICK
Located at Newmarket Randwick, this spacious 3 bedroom apartment was furnish upon completion of the building. The owners were investors who were concern about lots of other competing apartments being offered for lease at the same time which created a competitive environment and they wanted to avoid a prolong period of vacancy. Once furnished, the owners secured a long-term tenant for premium rent. The tenant was so impressed with the styling, they requested our assistance in sourcing furniture and accessories for the apartment.
